At Fresh Air Therapy, I use an eclectic approach that involves cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), 

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I am also trained in the Gottman Method for couples therapy.
